San Francisco 49ers Make Roster Moves
Adding Depth to the Team
The San Francisco 49ers have been busy making roster moves, signing wide receiver Chris Conley and defensive lineman Kerry Hyder Jr. to one-year deals. The team also re-signed wide receiver Jauan Jennings.
Conley, 28, has played in the NFL for seven seasons, catching 245 passes for 3,010 yards and 20 touchdowns. He spent the past two seasons with the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Hyder, 30, has played in the NFL for eight seasons, recording 20.5 sacks and 113 tackles. He spent the past three seasons with the Seattle Seahawks.
Jennings, 26, has played in the NFL for three seasons, catching 54 passes for 714 yards and three touchdowns. He has been a valuable contributor to the 49ers' offense.
The 49ers are hoping that these additions will help them improve upon their 10-7 record from last season and make a deeper run into the playoffs.
